Our Guarantee
We stand behind every Wheld Mobility Bar we ship. If you use it consistently for 30 days and don't feel a genuine difference in your mobility, stiffness, or recovery - we'll refund you in full. No hoops to jump through, no awkward questions.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- The item must be in its original or gently used condition
- You must contact us before sending anything back
- Proof of purchase is required
We do not accept returns on digital products including training guides.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@wheldrecovery.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions. Do not send your item back without first contacting us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases we will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement immediately.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, email us at support@wheldrecovery.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge with no need to return the original item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days of approval, first check your bank account and contact your credit card provider, as processing times vary. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@wheldrecovery.com.
