Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During high-demand periods such as sales events and holidays, processing times may extend to 3-5 business days. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us at support@wheldrecovery.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 5-12 business days
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
- Europe: 10-18 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 10-20 business days
- Rest of world: 12-25 business days
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays. Wheld is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on all US orders over $50. Orders below this threshold will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order through the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping costs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information before placing an order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and around your property first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at support@wheldrecovery.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery confirmation.
If your package is lost in transit and tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will either reship your order or issue a full refund.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Wheld is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@wheldrecovery.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
